The Estero Boulevard Improvements Project is a multi-phased project consisting of six (6) one mile segments. Segments 5 and 6 spans from Albatross Street to Estrellita Drive. The scope of work includes installing a new force main, new center lane storm drainage system, sidewalk improvements, trolley stop locations, center drainage pavers and a complete rebuild of the roadway from right-of-way to right-of way, maintenance of traffic (MOT), striping and paving.
